AdGuard DNS (not DNS AdGuard) is safe. It just doesn't resolve addresses known to be tracking, ad or phishing sites. Been using AdGuard Encrypted DNS via DNSCrypt for more than a year now. It's been great so far. I've been using it even when i'm doing banking. I've been using official-download.net to block ads on my Android phone. But lately I am noticing a lot of videos this that simply don't load when that dns is on.
